# Common questions

> Short answers about accounts, lists, files, highlights, and storage.

  <Accordion title="I signed up and cannot log in">
    Open the confirmation link in the email ReadMeliora sent when you created the account. Then log in with that email and password. If you forgot the password, use Forgot password on the log in page. See [Create an account](/account).

  <Accordion title="Why is an article in Library but not in Inbox?">
    Inbox is unread articles that are still in the library. Marking an article read removes it from Inbox and leaves it in Library. It stays unread until you mark it read. See [Inbox, Library, and Archive](/lists).

  <Accordion title="What files can I save?">
    Text, Markdown, PDF, PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, BMP, and Word (`.doc` and `.docx`). Each file can be up to 20 MB. See [Save a file](/save/file).

  <Accordion title="Why was an email ignored?">
    Mail from your account address is always saved. Any other sender has to be listed under Settings, then Emails, under Allowed senders. See [Email](/save/email).

  <Accordion title="I added a feed and nothing new appeared">
    Choose Check feeds. If the feed has no items newer than the ones already saved, ReadMeliora says there are no new items. See [Feeds](/save/feeds).

  <Accordion title="Original is missing">
    Original appears in More only when the article has a real web or file address. A highlight's Open control follows the same rule. See [Read an article](/read/article).

  <Accordion title="I deleted an article and the highlight is still there">
    Highlights stay on the Highlights page and are marked Article deleted. You can still edit the note, export it, or delete the highlight itself. See [Highlights](/organize/highlights).

  <Accordion title="The library says it is nearly full">
    Open Settings, then Storage. Files and highlight images count toward the limit. The default limit is 100 MB. Delete files you no longer need. See [Storage](/settings/storage).
